We stand behind the quality of our paddles and want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policy below.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your paddle for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
 • Paddle must be unused and in its original condition
 • Must include original packaging (if applicable)
 • Proof of purchase is required

Demo paddles, ambassador purchases, and wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

 • Your order number
 • Reason for return
 • Photos of the paddle (if applicable)

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Refunds
 • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

All Sypik paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty covering:
 • Manufacturing defects
 • Structural failures not caused by misuse or abuse

What’s Not Covered
 • Normal wear and tear
 • Edge guard scuffing or scratches
 • Damage from drops, misuse, or exposure to extreme elements
 • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

How to File a Warranty Claim

If the claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
